The Hand Rails are made out of 5/8" solid steel rod and they are chromed. You are to attach these to the side of your 1700 Voyager beside the passengers seat. The Passenger can use them to hold on to. You will need to drill and retap the holes. that the bolts use to hold the chrome to the frame. Instructions will be sent with each order.
